HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF FOR THE CORRECT SIZED CLOSURE/FRONTAL OR HAIR EXTENSIONS?

• All textured extensions may be co-washed to reveal the true length. Some textures may appear shorter due to packaging. When measuring extensions, start by measuring from the weft to the ends.

HOW MUCH HAIR IS RECOMMENDED FOR AN INSTALLATION?

• In most cases, 2-3 bundles are needed to achieve a full natural-looking install. Each bundle is 3.5 ounces and the amount needed varies. Always consult with the stylist before purchasing.

CAN THIS HAIR BE COLORED?

• Our extensions have been carefully tested and approved by licensed cosmetologists. They are proven to give the maximum level of lift. Product usage is very important.
• Processing time is very important to avoid over-processing and damage. Refer to a licensed stylist before attempting color services.

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

• With proper maintenance, our extensions last 2-5 years. They are reusable and have flexible wefts.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been processed, you can expect to receive it within 5 business days after you've received your tracking information. We DO NOT process nor ship orders during weekends or holidays.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL HAIR TYPES

• Shampoo at least once a week
• Use a shampoo with a neutral pH 7
• Do not massage while shampooing extensions
• Always apply conditioner and detangle from ends to root
